Spread your miles out or tackle them in big bursts… the choice is yours. \nWho Can Take Part? \n💙 Everyone! \nThis challenge is designed for all fitness levels. \nNew to exercise? \nStart small\, build consistency\, and use this challenge as the perfect introduction to a healthier routine. \nAlready active? \nPush your limits by adding an extra 50 miles onto your regular training. \nRun 5 miles on a Sunday? SUMMARY:Mother's Day Walk - Lurgan Park
DESCRIPTION:Walk with her…Walk to remember her. \nThe Action Cancer Mother’s Day Walk is a fundraising event coordinated by the Lurgan Action Cancer Community Group.  The walk\, sponsored once again by Lurgan based Country Kitchen\, will take place within the beautiful surrounds of Lurgan Park on Saturday 14th March and is a both an uplifting and tranquil experience. This is also a dog friendly walk so we encourage you to bring all members of your family. \nRegistration is £15 per person.
