Thank you for getting behind our flagship, Breast Screening Fundraiser, Paint the Town Pink.
Action Cancer has been saving lives for over 50 years, we are the only charity in the UK and Ireland to offer free breast screening to women aged between 40 and 49 and 70+, ages that fall outside the NHS screening age range.
The service is free to the user but each appointment costs the charity £120. So, we are asking if you could host a fundraiser and raise £120 to cover the cost of one breast screening appointment for a local woman – and potentially save her life.

By taking part in this fundraiser through Action Renewables, you will be directly contributing to the incredible work of Action Cancer, helping to fund vital support services across Northern Ireland.
Thanks to our partnership with Action Renewables in 2025 and the generosity of people just like you, Paint the Town Pink raised over £63,000 which enabled us to screen 525 local women, across Northern Ireland.
