Breast Foot Forward Walk Finnebrogue 4K

For the first time ever, the Breast Foot Forward Walk will be taking place at the Finnebrogue Estate, Downpatrick.

The event takes place at 11am on  Sunday 29th September, just ahead of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Not only is this a unique opportunity to explore the usually private woodland walkways, it is a chance for you to grab your BFF’s for a catch up, enjoy the beautiful surrounds whilst helping raise funds for Action Cancer’s life-saving, breast screening service, with every step you take.

The walk itself is 4.5KM (approx) starting in Finnebrogue Woods and ending at Fodder for a well deserved post walk cuppa.

This is a dog friendly environment so please feel free to bring your fur baby too – just remember to keep them on their leash.

So spread the word among your BFF‘s and help us to raise stacks of cash for Action Cancer’s free breast screening  service for local women in your community.

Registration is £15 per adult and £7 per child (under the age of 18). All participants will receive a free T shirt, a draw-string goodie bag and that all important medal.

Once you have registered you will receive your fundraising pack with all of the info you need to make this sponsored walk as successful as possible.

Did you know that £120 in sponsorship will cover the cost of one breast screening appointment for a local lady either at Action Cancer House or the Big Bus?
