Derry Tower Museum Abseil
Dare to descend in 2022!
Put your daring to the test by abseiling from Derry/Londonderry’s iconic Tower Museum for Action Cancer!
Registration: £20 Minimum Sponsorship: £120
All of the funds raised from the Tower Museum Abseil will fund Action Cancer’s Cancer Support services in Derry region.
Services available in Macmillan Health and Wellbeing Centre and the inpatient chemotherapy ward in Altnagelvin Hospital
A recent service user at Altnagelvin shared her experience:
“I cannot express strongly enough how wonderful my experience with Action Cancer has been for me. I just wish I had known about you earlier in my cancer journey. I received both complementary therapy and counselling with Action Cancer. The treatment I received was an absolute lifeline for me when I felt I was drowning, both physically and mentally. The therapists listened without judgement helped me out with whatever was troubling me at the time of our sessions. I can’t tell you how much that supportive, listening ear has meant to me while I try to process my new ‘normal’ after cancer.”
