Group Events
Action Cancer provides a number of group programmes/events throughout the year based on topics/issues relating to cancer.
Staying active during your cancer journey can make a real difference, although we understand it can sometimes feel challenging. Evidence shows that physical activity before, during and after treatment can help ease side effects, support recovery and improve overall wellbeing. Our classes offer a safe, welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, rebuild strength and confidence, and feel more in control of your health.
A small contribution is required to attend these classes, helping us continue to provide safe, supportive spaces for people affected by cancer.
