Chi Me Classes

Chi Me for Cancer

Our Chi Me classes are designed for people diagnosed with cancer, offering a gentle and accessible way to stay active. Led by an instructor with specialist knowledge, these sessions are suitable for all abilities and can be adapted to support you at different stages of your cancer journey.

Chi Me combines slow, flowing movements with focused breathing to help improve strength, balance and flexibility, while easing areas of tension and promoting relaxation. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace in a calm and supportive environment.

A contribution of £5 per class or £25 for a block of six is required to attend.
