Testimonials
Yoga client
I have enjoyed my Yoga sessions with Action Cancer immensely. After my first week I just could not wait to go back. Experiencing this type of yoga has increased my energy levels and given me motivation to do the breathing exercises at home. I feel more positive and when under pressure I relate to what I have learnt in class with Maggie. I feel happier in my daily routine – these yoga lessons have really helped me in my recovery of cancer and my self worth has also improved.
