Mother’s Day Walk – Lurgan Park

Walk with her…Walk to remember her.

The Action Cancer Mother’s Day Walk is a fundraising event coordinated by the Lurgan Action Cancer Community Group.  The walk, sponsored once again by Lurgan based Country Kitchen, will take place within the beautiful surrounds of Lurgan Park on Saturday 14th March and is a both an uplifting and tranquil experience. This is also a dog friendly walk so we encourage you to bring all members of your family.

Early Bird Registration: £10 per adult  available now for a limited time (children under 16 free)

The walk begins at 12pm and will start (and end) at  bowling Pavilion by the tennis courts but you can register on the day from 11.00am.

Once back all participants will receive a medal and a well deserved cuppa tea and cake and a bunch of daffodils.

All monies raised will go towards helping Action Cancer continue to offer its many services some of which take place locally through visits from Big Bus visits to Lurgan and the surrounding area and the complementary therapy services for children and adults affected by cancer that take place in Zion House in the town.
