How It Works
Commit to completing 50 miles across the 31 days of May — that’s just 3,406 steps or 1.6 miles per day. Spread your miles out or tackle them in big bursts… the choice is yours.

Start small, build consistency, and use this challenge as the perfect introduction to a healthier routine.
Already active?
Push your limits by adding an extra 50 miles onto your regular training.
Run 5 miles on a Sunday? Try 6.6 miles instead.
Hit 10,000 steps daily? Aim for 13,400 steps this May.
